Processing Times

Optical Frames & Accessories  
Optical frames and accessories are typically dispatched the next working day on orders placed before 15:00 hours.

Solar & Driveway Collections  
Solar and Driveway collections are individually prepared with your selected lenses and are typically dispatched within 10 working days.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature, providing a secure and fully tracked delivery service.

Shipping Charges

• United Kingdom – Free Delivery  
• Europe & Ireland – £10  
• Rest of the World – £15  

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
