Refund policy

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We hope you are delighted with your Jacob Stone purchase. If you change your mind, items eligible under our 30 Day Returns policy must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, at the customer’s expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with all its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

MANUFACTURING FAULTS

All Jacob Stone eyewear is inspected and quality controlled prior to dispatch. If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault, it will undergo an expert examination upon return to determine whether the issue falls within the terms of the applicable warranty. Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or circumstances outside of the manufacturer’s warranty will not be covered.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your item was received damaged or has been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.

WHEN RETURNING YOUR ITEM

We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked and recorded delivery service, as Jacob Stone cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us. Returns sent from outside the United Kingdom should be clearly marked “Returns Department” to avoid delays or additional customs charges.

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees incurred in connection with an order or return are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Jacob Stone.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with all its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your claim.

Where a refund has been approved, this will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and apply the refund.
