How long will it take to receive my order?
Optical frames and accessories are typically dispatched the next working day for orders placed before 3pm. Solar and Driveway collections are individually prepared with your selected lenses and are usually dispatched within 10 working days.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24® Signature, providing a secure and fully tracked delivery service.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Jacob Stone delivers worldwide.
International delivery charges apply:
- Europe & Ireland – £10
- Rest of the World – £15
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.
Can I return my order?
Items eligible under our 30 Day Returns Policy must be returned within 30 days of receipt and at the customer's expense. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. All Jacob Stone eyewear is supplied with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Guarantee covering manufacturing faults. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Are your frames suitable for prescription lenses?
Yes. All Jacob Stone frames are suitable for prescription lenses.
Do you provide prescription lenses?
No. Prescription lenses should be supplied and fitted by a qualified independent optician.
What materials are used in your frames?
Only the finest premium materials are selected for our collections, including Ultra Carbon Fibre, Titanium, Stainless Steel and Bio-Acetate.
